Aftersales and technology are competitive differentials in construction and mining equipment

Both sectors will be the subject of an event that will be carried out by Sobratema in January 22

 Aftersales of construction and mining equipment and technology solutions for fleet monitoring and management are becoming a competitive differential for the manufacturers, since they may contribute to increase the productivity of construction and mining contractors.

To debate these important subjects, Sobratema will carry out an event in January 22, with the consultants Yoshio Kawakami—from Raiz Consultoria—that will show how aftersales services may be critical for the success of a company, and Elson Rangel—leader of People and Organization (P&O) in the area of Equipment Engineering of the Construtora Norberto Odebrecht—that will present the role of technology and management in the competiveness of an organization.

During the event, Sobratema will also bring information about the M&T Peças e Serviços 2014 – 2ª Feira e Congresso de Tecnologia e Gestão de Equipamentos para Construção e Mineração (2nd Exhibition and Congress of Technology and Management for Construction and Mining Equipment)—that will be carried out in June, 2014 in the Imigrantes Exhibition & Convention Center, in São Paulo. This edition of such exhibition and congress aggregated new areas of the equipment industry, becoming an environment where the companies will have the opportunity to show their competitive differential: aftersales and technology to be offered to their clients.
