Productivity in worksites is improved with intelligent systems for equipment management

In June 3 to 6, the professionals of the area will know new products for equipment management and aftersales

 With the development of Brazilian construction and mining industries, the companies that work in these areas were concerned with the increase of productivity in their operations, to ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of their business. For this reason, they are investing in modern high-tech equipment, in new construction processes and in intelligent systems that contribute to ensure a more efficient management of their fleet in worksites or quarry areas.

Due to this scenario, the M&T Parts and Services – 2nd Trade Show and Congress of Technology and Management of Construction and Mining Equipment, to be carried out between June 3 and 6 at the Imigrantes Exhibition & Convention Center (SP)—included a new section of equipment management. This area composes with aftersales the two main pillars of the exhibition. The participation of suppliers of intelligent solutions in fleet management, on-line monitoring and corporative management—including  DN4 Tecnologia,  Leica Geosystems and Solinftec, among others—is confirmed.

DN4 Tecnologia will  carry out a demonstration of its product DN4 Powered by SAP, which increases operational and business efficiency in dealers and rental companies and that—due to its multidivisional feature—organizes the flow of information and centralizes in a single platform all corporative data of several departments.

Leica Geosystems will highlight, among other Technologies, the systems iCP31 Excavate and iCP42 Grade, with on-board sensors and GPS to inform bucket position in a way to allow the excavation in the correct height. The operator receives all information in a screen installed in the cab, increasing significantly safety and productivity.

Finally, Solinftec  will present its complete solution for on-line monitoring, composed by the family of on-board computers MAG-100R and MAG-300 and by the system of tire automatic control, that allows fleet control through operational status, fuel economy and increase of 15 to 20 percent in tire life.

This is the sole trade show directed only to management, aftersales solutions, parts and components for construction and mining equipment. The trade show will also include the Hall of Technology, Safety and Sustainability—where the exhibitors will  bring innovative concepts—and the M&T Parts and Services Congress, to be carried out in June 4 and 5 gathering experts to debate the main subjects related to the industry.

Other areas of the M&T Parts and Services are transmission systems, hydraulic and air systems, tires and undercarriage, lubricants, filters, laboratories of analyses, ground penetration tools, wear analysis, shop machines and tools, safety equipment, PPE, light equipment, load fixing and lifting devices, products and systems for environmental control, maintenance services, insurance, load transport and labor training.
