2014 edition will have new features and will be delivered in the event Tendências no Mercado da Construção

According to a recent consultation carried out by Sobratema (Brazilian Association of Technology for Construction and Mining) in the industry, the satisfaction reaches 80 percent of the public.

This index was got mainly due to the comprehension and technical quality of information contained, that were outstanding features of the Guide since its first edition. “These results highlight its importance as a relevant tool for data consulting and selection of the best equipment for each type of work”, says Paulo Oscar Auler Neto, vice-president of Sobratema.

Along its editions, the publication is improving the system of data collection and increasing the quantity of models and brands of the machines available in the national market. In addition, it is introducing new ways to access information. “The changes that are occurring in the market, going from the entrance of new players to the need of a quicker access to the content caused important changes in the Guide, improving its target of being a source of technical information in the market”, says Auler Neto. 

According to the vice-president of Sobratema, a new version of the Guide will be issued in November with new features that include layout with three models per page and the inclusion of reference price as an additional information of each model. “These changes are being carried out to attend market needs, that include easy handling of the printed version, an easier way to find information and a directive about equipment values”, explains him. 

The Sobratema Equipment Guide 2014-2016 will also have technical texts about subjects related to equipment management. In addition to the printed version, the publication will have its content available in the site http://www.guiasobratema.org.br/ and also in tablets and smartphones, with operating systems iOS and Android.
