Sobratema Guide gathers technical data of more than 2400 machines

Features of the Guide Portal include access to all data and possibility of comparing machines of the same group.

Sobratema Equipment Guide gathers information and technical specifications of more than 2400 machines—produced in Brazil and imported—for excavation, transport, concrete producing and pouring, asphalt paving, load handling, vertical transport and work in high places. Enter in the official site http://www.guiasobratema.org.br/ to access all data.

Machines are divided in 48 groups: concrete mixers, pumps,  placing booms and plants; mobile crushers; articulated trucks, off-road trucks, dumpers and road trucks; drilling rigs; combined compactors, tire compactors, static and vibrating compactors; air compressors; elevators; forklift trucks; hydraulic excavators and mini-excavators; knuckle-boom cranes; truck, rough terrain and all-terrain cranes (TC, RT and AT) with telescopic boom; tower cranes; crawler cranes with lattice and telescopic boom; telehandlers; motor graders; loaders and skid-steer loaders; aerial work platforms; backhoes; crawler and wheel tractors; road milling machines, asphalt recycling machines, asphalt plants, soil plants and asphalt pavers.

In addition to the access of stored data, it is possible to carry out comparisons between machines of the same group in the first page of the Guide Portal. The user has to inform group and capacity range of the machines to be compared and then select manufacturers and models he wants to compare. This tool was designed to give to the professional a quick access to the technical data needed to easily select the equipment that better fits his needs for each job. Data available in the Portal also includes information about manufacturers and dealers in all regions of the country.

Sobratema issued the first version of the Guide in 2007 with the purpose of gathering and organizing information of brands that work in Brazil. The guide is in its 8th edition and contains technical data of the main equipment manufacturers. This tool is an instrument of technical reference for executives, engineers and professionals that deal with purchasing and operation of construction machines, as well as of support in decision-making processes and fleet management. It is also available in printed, tablet and smartphone versions.
