Sobratema’s Young Core starts a program to stimulate the search of excellence in aftersales

Launching event was carried out during the M&T Expo 2015

With the purpose of achieving the excellence in the services rendered by construction and mining equipment manufacturers to their clients, the Young Core of Sobratema launched during the M&T Expo 2015 (International  Trade Show and Congress of Equipment for Construction and Mining)—the project  “Best Aftersales 2015 – Sobratema”.

According to Antonio Miranda, coordinator of the Project, the purpose is to distinguish the equipment manufacturers that carry out strong investments in aftersales, offering quality in attendance and service in a way to ensure users’ productivity. “This initiative has also the purpose of making suppliers committed with the success of their clients”, said him.

The “Best Aftersales 2015 – Sobratema” award will have five categories: excavation, load handling, transportation, concrete and paving. Features such as attendance (including budget), delivery time and guarantee, quality of parts and services and supporting documents (manuals, catalogs and technical bulletins) will be considered.

According to Miranda, the period of evaluation will be the current year (in this case, 2015). The five most-voted manufacturers will be disclosed in the event Tendências no Mercado da Construção (Trends in the Construction Market)—also promoted by Sobratema—that will be carried out in November, 11. To stimulate their participation, the top-classified companies will receive a trophy and a seal to be used in their communication ads.

In addition to Miranda, Sobratema’s Young Core is composed by Alisson Daniel (Escad), coordinator, Bruno Marques (Sobratema), Carlos Di Martino (Manitowoc), Clarissa Berman (Bauscher), David Rodrigues (Makro Engenharia), Felipe Cavalieri (BMC), Francisco Neto (Queiroz Galvão), Guilherme Guimarães (Andrade Gutierrez), Igor Boff (I.V.
