The following brands were awarded: Caterpillar, in the category Earthmoving Equipment, Sandvik, in Drilling Equipment and Schwing-Stetter, in Concrete Equipment.
The coordinators of the project “Aftersales Highlights 2015 – Sobratema”, Antonio Miranda and Bruno Marques handed the trophy—as a form of acknowledgement—to Eduardo Freitas and Ricardo Fonseca (Caterpillar), Edison Rocha (Sandvik) and Rogerio Sousa and Quintino Melo (Schwing-Stetter). The companies also received a seal to be attached to their ads.
To establish the best-voted brands, the Sobratema’s Young Core sent a form to the companies and professionals associated to the entity, who evaluated the quality of aftersales services in areas such as: attendance, including quotation, deadlines and guarantee; quality, including services and spare parts; and supporting documents, related to manuals, catalogs and technical bulletins.
The purpose of the Aftersales Highlights 2015 – Sobratema is to stimulate the search for excellence in the services rendered by the manufacturers of construction equipment to their clients, since the area of aftersales plays a strategic role in this industry. In addition, this initiative aims to acknowledge and highlight actions and investments carried out by the manufacturers in the area of aftersales and also to show the importance of the supplier’s commitment with the success of each client.
This is the first initiative carried out by the Sobratema’s Young Core, founded in the M&T Expo 2015 – International Trade Show and Congress of Construction and Mining Equipment and composed by executives and professionals of contractors, quarries, equipment manufacturers, rental companies and dealers.
