Sobratema supports Parliamentary Front of Construction Industry

The idea is to carry out an organized management on the different government levels to promote initiatives that may contribute to reactivate the industry

 The Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (Fiesp) opened a Parliamentary Front of the Construction Industry (FPIC), which aims to make stronger the productive chain of the industry through the continuity of investments in infrastructure and urban development.

The Parliamentary Front of the Construction Industry, that has among its supporters the Sobratema – Brazilian Association of Technology for Construction and Mining, aims the reduction of the cycle of projects in the state of São Paulo, based on planning, management and scheduling and cost control, bringing predictability, legal security and attractiveness for the construction industry.

The idea is to carry out organized actions in the different levels of government to promote initiatives that may contribute to reactivate the industry.

Among these actions are included the establishment of public-private partnerships, reduction of bureaucratic requirements, standardization of building law and usage, streamline of permissions and licenses, use of work monitoring tools and promotion of technologies in the construction industry.

In addition to 70 unions and associations of Brazilian construction, the Parliamentary Front of the Construction Industry adds to this movement more 62 federal and state congressmen.
