New Technologies Of Minitoring and Management Bring New Rythm To The Heavy Equipment Market

Users of construction and mining machines are installing new monitoring technologies to increase productivity and to optimize the processes of operation and maintenance

One of the main improvements from the industry of equipment was the introduction of remote monitoring systems that allowed the users to get in real time all important information for fleet management, optimizing operating and maintenance processes and attending more efficiently the demands of each project.

The use of this electronics allows the user to monitor and follow the operation day-to-day and to obtain rates of production, fuel consumption, productivity and other parameters that may contribute to improve the management and bring a lot of benefits such as a better maintenance planning, more assertive calculation of the fleet, labor economy and lower number of equipment stops, among others.

One of these systems is the Livelink, produced by the English manufacturer JCB. It is a remote monitoring tool that contributes for operation management and control of preventive maintenance, increasing the operational efficiency of the machine and reducing unnecessary stops. It works like a remote X-ray machine, since it gives operating reports that may be accessed through tablets and smartphones.

To present the most recent technologic solutions for on-line and off-line monitoring of fleets, Sobratema is preparing the third edition of the M&T Parts and Services – Trade Show and Congress of Technology and Management of Construction and Mining Equipment, to be carried out between June 7 and 9, 2017 in the São Paulo Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, in the city of São Paulo, during the Week of Integrated Technologies for Construction, Environment and Equipment.

For Agnaldo Lopes, product manager of JCB, the development of M&T Parts and Services in the Week of Integrated Technologies is a very good opportunity to allow companies to show their products in a moment that the market is intending to recover, with the expectation of restarting new works.

M&T Parts and Services is the sole trade show turned exclusively to the areas of management and aftersales, inputs and components for construction and mining equipment solutions. Still in the area of equipment management, it will show operation simulators, management software and systems of safety, telemetry, navigation and leveling, among others.

The Week of Integrated Technologies for Construction, Environment and Equipment will also include the BW Expo 2017 – Trade Show of Services and Technologies for Sustainable Management of Water, Waste Materials, Air and Energy, Construction Expo 2017 – International Trade Show of Building and Infrastructure Works – Services, Materials and Equipment, and the Summit 2017, the largest event of content in the industry of construction and in the area of environment of the Brazilian market.
