Sobratema starts data collection to select 2017 Aftersales Highlights

PROFESSIONALS AND USERS OF EQUIPMENT MAY ANSWER THE ON-LINE POLL TILL OCTOBER 25

The Brazilian Association of Technology for Construction and Mining (Sobratema) started the selection process for the 2017 Aftersales Highlights. To take part in the process, the professional or equipment user company has to answer an on-line screening questionnaire that may be accessed through its site.

In its third edition, the award is being consolidated as a reference for the market, since it awards the best equipment suppliers for construction and infrastructure works in the aspects related to aftersales. The most voted brands in the last year were Volvo Construction Equipment in the category of earthmoving equipment and Terex in people and load handling equipment.

In this edition, the poll was divided in six categories: drilling, support and attachments, earthmoving, people movement and load handling, concrete and industrial. Participants will assess the following points till October 25: location and aftersales structure of the brand, ease of initial contact, quality of field attendance, parts availability and technical delivery and operation training. Recommendation of the evaluated brand for a friend by the user will also be considered.

Best-voted brands in the project 2017 Aftersales Highlights will be announced in the strategic event Trends in the Construction Market, that will take place in November at São Paulo.

The 2017 Aftersales Highlights is an initiative of Sobratema’s Young Core—composed by executives and professionals from contractors, quarries, equipment manufacturers, dealers and rental companies—that created this award to stimulate manufacturers and dealers to offer and maintain the excellence in the services rendered to their clients.
