Aftersales’ highlights 2017 will be awarded in the event Trends in the Construction Market

on-line EVALUATION may be fulfilled by USER PROFESSIONALS AND COMPANIES TILL OCTOBER 25

 A new edition of the Aftersales Highlights 2017 will recognize the best-voted equipment brands in the aftersales area during the strategic event Trends in the Construction Market, that will be carried out in November 9 at São Paulo. The initiative comes from the Young Core of the Brazilian Association of Technology for Construction and Mining (Sobratema).
 
The evaluation to select the awarded brands started on last July. Six different categories of equipment were analyzed by the participants: drilling; support and attachments; earthmoving; load and people transport and handling; concrete; and industrial. 
 
Inside each category, the points evaluated by the user professionals and companies are: location and aftersales structure of the manufacturer, ease of initial contact, quality of field attendance, technical delivery, parts availability and possibility of recommendation of the brand to a friend.

The Aftersales’ Highlights 2017 was developed by the Young Core of Sobratema to encourage the search for supply and excellence of the services rendered to the clients by the manufacturers and dealers. In its third edition, it is already considered a reference for the industry.
